Responsible for directing, controlling, and evaluating activities within the Quality/Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Office departments. Manages personnel effectively and meets fiscal goals for these departments. Ensures facility-wide regulatory compliance. Serves as the Patient Safety Officer and Ethics and Compliance Officer.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Preferred

Required Skills:

• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, and manage stress effectively.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Required Licenses:

• CPHRM and CPPS required or will obtain within the first two years of employment. Maintains current professional license.
• 5+ years healthcare experience preferred, clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical risk management preferred. Supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Healthcare Quality or Risk experience is REQUIRED.
