About the Director of Nursing Position
As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintains quality care as residents’ healthcare needs evolve. Supervises, provides leadership, and coaches licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. The level of Healthcare Workforce Development (HWD) is determined based on the total complexity of the role, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management regulations, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
