Overview

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, with strong knowledge of policies and governmental regulations. Passionate about supporting and training stakeholders to provide the best care possible to residents. Ability to travel to assigned sites Monday - Friday is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the operations of the Nursing Department during the absence of a facility Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, reimbursement, and regulations to maintain quality resident care.
  2. Respond to situations requiring additional resources or oversight, focusing on process and system validation and correction. Assist with staff training and in-service education per regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure with ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 80%-90% with overnight stays.
Additional Information

Full-time position offering travel Monday-Friday, with mileage and lodging reimbursed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), work-life balance initiatives, and more. Salary up to USD $110,000/year.
