Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Director / Director of Nursing to lead a dedicated care team in a senior living setting. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, you will oversee comprehensive assessments, care plans, and coordinated services to preserve resident independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent in senior care.
• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
• Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
• Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Oversee medication management, conduct timely audits, and handle incident reporting.
