The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, external vendors, and medical professionals, while ensuring medication management, audits, and strict adherence to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Wellness Director or Director of Nursing in senior care.
• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in Texas.
• Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a full care team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care.
• Liaise with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
• Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician orders, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Ensure proper medication management, conduct audits, and handle incident reporting.
• Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.
