Viva Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Director to lead the Nursing Department, guiding clinical staff and ensuring high-quality care for residents. You will develop teams, manage staffing and regulatory compliance, and maintain excellent customer service.

You will also oversee training, onboarding, and performance reviews, collaborating with the Business Office Manager on hiring and policy adherence to support a compassionate, compliant care environment.

Competenze

Must possess a valid LPN or RN license.
Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must adhere to attendance policies and follow the Employee Handbook.

Mansioni

Leadership and management of the Nursing Department.
Develop and mentor the Assistant Wellness Director and clinical staff to build high-performance teams.
Ensure staffing levels, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Viva’s standards.
Create and maintain monthly department schedules.
Oversee departmental quality assurance and regulatory reviews.
Order supplies for Nursing Department and coordinate with Business Office Manager on hiring processes.
Lead training and onboarding for new nursing staff; manage orientation checks and Relias requirements.
