Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Director / Director of Nursing in the Burleson, TX area to lead a dedicated care team and drive excellence in resident wellbeing.

You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and medical professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant care. A focus on medication management, audits, and incident investigations is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director or Director of Nursing, preferably in senior care.
• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
• Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.
