Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for a part-time night shift in Ann Arbor, MI. The role covers supervising the Wellness team, direct nursing care, and ensuring compliant, resident-centered care.

The position requires an active LPN or RN license and strong communication with residents and staff. The pay range is $34 to $36.50 per hour, with shifts 7:00pm–7:00am and a schedule that includes Thursday and Monday rotations.

Qualifications

• You must have a current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• You will provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• You will have knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• You will have knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• You will have knowledge of supervision requirements for residents.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents is helpful but not required.
• Experience with an EMR is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on resident well-being.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• Criminal background check clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team and other departments.
• Be a Force on the Floor, assisting with call lights and resident requests with urgency.
• Act as a Diligent Documenter, maintaining resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Provide Compassionate Caregiver support, upholding Arrow's core values in every resident interaction.
