What Youll Do

1. Resident-Centered Care: Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. 2. Manage the Crew: Youll be the head honcho for our nursing and resident assistant team, making sure everyone's on the same page and doing their best.

What you Bring:

1. Management Experience: Demonstrate minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience within a nursing department.
2. Healthcare Education: Must possess both a Bachelor's degree and an active LPN license.
3. Hands-on Experience: Experience in a long-term care facility is a bonus!
4. Commitment to Resident Care: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care that promotes residents' well-being and dignity.

Physical Demands:
