Wellness Director Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring implementation of policies related to resident care and overseeing all health-related services
  • Managing, coordinating, and directing activities in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies
  • Establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, including residents' providers
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in home health or geriatric nursing
  • At least 2-4 years of supervisory experience
