Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food, Nutrition, or Dietetics required.
• Registered Dietitian license in Indiana required.
• Experience with employer-based wellness programs or clinical nutrition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional services to internal and external clients (employer-based clinics, on-site practice, Body Knowledge).
• Actively participate in wellness team and wellness committee meetings.
• Develop and implement nutritional education materials for patients and clients.
• Counsel patients and families in nutrition, dietary plans, and lifestyle changes.
• Assist wellness team with internal and external health screening events.
• Write monthly nutritional articles for newsletters.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR using standard templates.
