Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and evaluate dietary habits, lifestyle and health goals in an employer-based clinic setting.
• Assist individuals in establishing measurable and sustainable health goals.
• Participate in employer health fairs, biometric screenings and wellness events.
• Build relationships with employer contacts, HR representatives and employee wellness committees.
• Develop and implement nutrition and lifestyle wellness programming for employer groups.
• Stay current on nutrition research and evidence-based behavior change approaches.
• Monitor program participation and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
