Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Wellness Manager Dietitian I to lead regional nutrition and wellness initiatives, ensure program compliance, and support client needs while contributing to account retention and sales efforts.

The role emphasizes implementing corporate wellness programs, training operations teams, and staying current on nutrition trends affecting school meal programs.

Qualifications

• RDN required.
• Licensed Dietitian in applicable states or willingness to obtain.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of corporate wellness experience preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Serve‑Safe certification preferred; if not certified, obtain within 12 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional nutrition and wellness initiatives across accounts.
• Ensure menu nutrition labeling, allergy labeling, and compliance during site visits and audits.
• Educate operational teams on wellness standards and allergy risk management.
• Collaborate with client health teams and account leaders to align wellness strategies.
• Coordinate wellness events with regional marketing and culinary teams (health fairs, tastings, lunch‑and learns).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nutrition topics related to food service and student health.
