Job summary

Thrivin is a fast-growing women's activewear brand seeking a Copywriter to shape our voice across paid, CRM, website, and social channels. You will craft engaging, on-brand copy that converts while maintaining brand storytelling and audience connection.

You'll collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and CRM to develop hooks, product messaging, and lifecycle messaging for launches, promotions, and campaigns, all while sustaining a consistent tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as copywriter in ecommerce, DTC, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or activewear.
• Strong understanding of both brand storytelling and performance marketing copywriting.
• Experience writing high-converting paid social ad copy for Meta and TikTok.
• Confident reviewing/refining UGC scripts and creator-led content.
• Experience writing across website, CRM, paid media, and organic social.

Responsibilities

• Write conversion-focused copy for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create website product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional messaging.
• Develop email, SMS, and lifecycle CRM copy with personalised messaging.
• Craft engaging captions and storytelling content for organic social channels.
• Collaborate with Growth, CRM, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to optimise messaging.
