The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, sales‑minded Wellness Coordinator for part‑time roles at our Venice, North Port, and Port Charlotte clinics in Florida. You will greet patients, manage front desk tasks, and guide them through membership options while delivering excellent service.

You’ll engage with patients, handle scheduling, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is valuable.
• Ability to connect with people and explain membership options.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage check-ins, paperwork, payments, and account updates.
• Answer phones and assist patients with account questions.
• Maintain clinic organization and smooth daily operations.
• Explain membership and package options following doctor recommendations.
• Help patients understand value of ongoing chiropractic care.
• Guide patients through purchasing decisions and meet sales goals.
• Build relationships to encourage continued care.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up with leads.
• Document patient interactions and outreach activities.
