Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Venice, North Port, and Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator. This role blends front desk duties with membership sales and patient outreach, delivering a welcoming patient experience while guiding care options.

You’ll greet patients, manage check-ins, and assist with billing while explaining memberships and packages. The position offers paid training and growth opportunities, with a typical schedule of 2–3 shifts per week and a total earnings

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Manage patient check-ins, intake paperwork, payments, and account updates.
• Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with account concerns.
• Explain membership and package options following the doctor’s recommendations.
• Help patients understand the value of consistent chiropractic care.
• Ask questions, address concerns, and guide patients through purchasing decisions.
• Work toward sales/conversion goals while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• Build relationships to encourage patients to continue their care.
