Responsibilities

• Educate clients about memberships, packages, promotions, and retail products.
• Rebook clients before they leave and proactively contact to fill openings.

• Maintain accurate client profiles and notes.
• Support therapists and estheticians during shifts.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Keep reception area clean and inviting, and assist with light laundry/restocking.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional experience from arrival through checkout
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and client questions
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Recommend services and help clients choose the right massage therapist or esthetician
• Educate clients about memberships, packages, enhancements, retail products, and current promotions
• Rebook clients before they leave
• Proactively contact clients to help fill upcoming openings
• Process payments, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases
• Maintain accurate client profiles and appointment notes
• Support therapists and estheticians throughout their shifts
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities
• Keep the reception area and shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with light laundry, restocking, and other daily spa operations as needed
• Handle client concerns with patience, professionalism, and good judgment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, salon, spa, retail, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making recommendations and discussing memberships or promotions
• Willingness to call and text clients to fill short-term appointment openings
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable learning scheduling and point-of-sale technology
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Professional appearance and communication
• Availability for some evenings and weekends
