The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator (part-time) in Gainesville, FL. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of wellness plans and visits packages.

This role emphasizes patient engagement, appointment scheduling, and contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere. In this position, you will promote affordable chiropractic care, support team goals, and help grow patient memberships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Strong sales skills with closing memberships and packages.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a sales culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage patients from arrival.
• Manage clinic operations and patient flow for a smooth visit.
• Handle transactions using POS software and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
