Massage Heights Kingwood is seeking a leader to partner with the Retreat Director, coaching Wellness Consultants and supporting daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role combines leadership, sales coaching, guest service, and operational excellence, with a focus on driving memberships, retail, and rebooking while maintaining high standards and a positive team culture.

Competenze

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer service.
• Proven sales and coaching success
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and technology

Position Summary

Partner with the Retreat Director to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach Wellness Consultants, and support daily operations. This role combines leadership, sales coaching, guest service, and operational excellence to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.


• Coach, motivate, and develop Wellness Consultants.


• Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Sales & Guest Experience

• Coach consultative selling and personalized wellness journeys.


• Drive memberships, retail, enhancements, rebooking, and guest retention.


• Monitor KPIs and provide real-time coaching.


• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.


• Promote services, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offerings.

Operations

• Support opening and closing procedures.


• Maintain retreat presentation and operational standards.

Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts


• Retreat open 7 days a week


• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
