Heights Wellness Retreat in Boerne, TX, is seeking a vibrant Guest Service Manager to deliver outstanding service and build lasting connections at our Leon Springs location. You will manage bookings, welcome guests, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are warm, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with a focus on guest experience and a positive attitude.

• Attentive to details that enhance the guest experience.
• Available to work 30+ hours/week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Reliable and flexible, with transportation to travel between locations if needed.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn, especially booking software and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations by managing bookings, welcoming and checking out guests, and processing payments.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Help uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols by assisting with laundry, sanitation, and cleaning duties.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care to leave a positive experience.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and provide thoughtful recommendations for services.
• Connect with guests to build rapport and create a warm, memorable experience.
• Contribute to team culture centered on positivity, collaboration, and results.
