Vida-Flo USA is hiring a part-time front desk associate at our Atlanta-area clinics. You welcome guests, help them choose treatments, and guide membership savings while driving sales. This role blends reception duties with sales, and you will work with Registered Nurses.

You will greet, check in, take payments, explain memberships, promote boosts and packages, answer calls, and schedule appointments. The position requires strong communication, calm under pressure, reliable transport, and comfort

Qualifikationen

• Front desk experience and sales experience are required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare credential (EMT/Medical Assistant) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Calm and organized under busy conditions; handles unhappy guests with patience.
• Familiar with Square Appointments, Apple devices, Google Docs and MS Office.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and to local offsite events.

Vida-Flo is America's original IV hydration wellness lounge. We opened in Atlanta in 2012 and have delivered more than one million treatments. Registered Nurses give every treatment, with medical director oversight. We are adding to our Atlanta teams now, ahead of the holiday season.

The job

You are the first and last person every guest sees. You welcome them, help them choose the right treatment, and show them how a membership saves them money on every visit. You run the front desk, and you are a big part of why guests come back.

This is a sales role as much as a front desk role. If you enjoy people and you are comfortable asking for the sale, you will do well here and earn more.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests, check them in and out, and take payment

What You Bring

• Front desk experience and sales experience. Both matter
• An associate's degree, or equivalent experience in the medical, retail, fitness or restaurant industries
• A healthcare credential such as EMT or Medical Assistant is a plus. So is customer service, medical or spa experience
• Excellent communication skills, in person, on the phone and in writing
• You stay calm and organized when it is busy, and you handle an unhappy guest with patience
• Comfortable with Apple devices, Google Docs and Microsoft Office. Experience with Square Appointments is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the clinic, and to local offsite events when needed

Schedule and pay

• Part time, 1 to 2 days a week, with more hours available during the holiday season. A typical shift is 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
• $17 to $20 per hour, plus a sales commission bonus
• You report to the Clinic Manager and work alongside our Registered Nurses
• Training through Vida-Flo University, starting with the Tenets of Excellence that guide how we treat our guests and each other
