Job summary

Vida-Flo in Johns Creek and nearby Atlanta-area locations seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Hydrocare Provider team. This full-time or part-time role offers hourly pay plus tips, with shifts typically from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

You will assess guests, start IVs, and guide clients through IV hydration and vitamin injections under medical direction. You will explain treatments, chart visits, and uphold HIPAA while building lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia (GA RN).
• Minimum 2 years of IV start experience on a daily basis.
• ER/OR/L&D or pediatric care experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Outgoing, service-minded demeanor; calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete wellness assessments and vital signs for guests.
• Start IVs and administer IV hydration and vitamin injections.
• Follow Medical Director's standing orders and protocols.
• Explain medications and recommended vitamins/injections to guests.
• Maintain accurate charting and guest privacy per HIPAA.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and support membership discussions.

About Vida-Flo

Vida-Flo is America's original IV hydration wellness lounge. We opened in Atlanta in 2012 and have delivered more than one million treatments. A Registered Nurse gives every treatment, under our Medical Director's standing orders. We are adding to our Atlanta teams now, ahead of the holiday season.

The job

Our nurses, who we call Hydrocare Providers, are the heart of Vida-Flo. You assess each guest, start the IV, give injections and chart the visit. You are also the guest's guide. You explain what each vitamin, boost and injection does, and you recommend what fits their needs and goals. Guests look to you for advice, and your recommendation shapes their visit.

What you will do

• Complete a wellness assessment for each guest, including basic vital signs and medical history.
• Start IVs and give IV hydration treatments and vitamin injections.
• Follow the Medical Director's standing orders, protocols and procedures.
• Know our medications, vitamins, boosts and injections well enough to recommend the right ones for each guest.
• Explain how a membership works when a guest would benefit from coming in regularly.
• Chart every visit accurately and protect guest privacy under HIPAA.
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning guests.

What you bring

• A current Registered Nurse license valid in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of current experience starting IVs on a daily basis. This is required, with no exceptions.
• Experience in an Emergency Room, Operating Room, Labor and Delivery or children's healthcare is preferred.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• An outgoing, service-minded manner. Our guests choose to be here, and how you make them feel matters as much as the stick.
• You stay calm and focused under pressure, including medical emergencies and busy days.
• Comfortable with electronic medical record keeping.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic, and to offsite events and On-The-Go mobile visits when needed.

Schedule and pay

• Full time or part time. A typical shift is 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. On-call shifts are also available.
• Hourly pay plus tips. Our nurses average $35 to $44 per hour.
• You report to the Clinic Manager and work under the location's Medical Director.
• Training through Vida-Flo University, starting with the Tenets of Excellence that guide how we treat our guests and each other.
