Job summary

Vida-Flo seeks a friendly front desk associate with sales instincts for its Decatur clinic. You greet guests, handle check-ins, explain memberships, and steer guests toward the best packages while coordinating with nurses.

This part-time role offers a 9:45 AM–7:00 PM shift 1–2 days weekly, with higher hours during holidays. Earn $17–$20 per hour plus sales commission, and join a team focused on hospitality, wellness and client care.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and sales experience required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the medical, retail, fitness or restaurant industries.
• Healthcare credential such as EMT or Medical Assistant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and out, and take payment.
• Explain memberships and packages, and recommend the best option for each guest.
• Promote boosts, injections and packages with nurses.
• Answer the phone, book appointments and follow up with guests.
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning guests.
• Keep the front of the clinic clean, stocked and welcoming.
• Contribute to the clinic's social media.
