BFF Medical Wellness in Southern California is seeking a Front Desk & Patient Engagement Coordinator who sets the tone for every patient’s experience. You’ll manage scheduling, check-ins, patient flow, and front desk operations using the Jane App, keeping records accurate and personalized.

You’ll build genuine relationships, understand the membership model, guide patients through options, and coordinate with providers to ensure a seamless visit from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or patient coordination preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling and patient flow with attention to detail.
