Job summary

iCRYO One Loudoun is seeking a motivated Health and Wellness Specialist to enhance guest experiences and support various wellness services. This part-time role demands a passion for health, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to assist guests with their wellness goals.

As a front-line member, you'll greet guests warmly, educate them on services like Cryotherapy, and manage their scheduling and payments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests on available services including Cryotherapy and IV Infusions.
• Conduct consultations to guide guests toward the right services.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts.
• Support wellness services including prepping rooms and setting up equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable.
