Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests on services including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, Body Sculpting, and more.
• Conduct consultations and guide guests toward appropriate services and packages.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts and promotions.
• Support wellness services as needed (prep rooms, assist providers, set up equipment).
• Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about products and services.
