The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in our Kennesaw, GA clinics. You will drive membership growth, deliver excellent patient service, and assist with marketing initiatives in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS software and manage patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Generate memberships to meet sales goals with bonus potential.
• Greet members, check in, and direct them to the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
