Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out using clinic systems (e.g., POS, Carbon).
• Maintain smooth patient flow for new and established visits.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with inquiries.
• Assist patients with forms and onboarding processes.
• Ensure interactions reflect high level of service and professionalism.
• Present and sell Wellness Plans, packages, promotions.
• Educate patients on benefits of chiropractic care and wellness.
• Re-engage inactive members and support retention.
