Job summary

Massage Envy Corona is seeking a sales and customer service associate to help guests understand the benefits of massage, skin care and stretch. You’ll build relationships with members and guests, grow a loyal client base, and guide clients to retail products that extend the impact of the services.

In this fast-paced role you’ll greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, handle questions, protect confidentiality and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or retail experience preferred.
• Integrity and customer care focus.
• Strong math and computer skills; cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Team player in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, address questions, protect confidentiality, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Educate clients on services; promote Wellness Program; book future services; encourage home-care retail purchases.
• Drive member retention via outreach by phone and email.
• Uphold Massage Envy’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
• Support team goals and positive workplace relationships.
