Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Arizona seeks an experienced Wellness Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, greet patients, and guide them through memberships and services. You will keep patient flow smooth, explain wellness plans, and support clinic revenue goals in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of frontline experience, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple clinics while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-desk experience in a customer-facing role.
• Healthcare, medical, dental, or similar background preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong sales ability and confident service explanations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with a welcoming, accurate process.
• Handle high-volume patient flow while maintaining efficiency.
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services.
• Support revenue and membership goals through effective communication.
• Manage scheduling, inquiries, and patient questions professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle daily reconciliation.
• Assist with local marketing and patient retention initiatives.
