Job summary

Elements Massage Crofton is seeking an engaging client services and sales associate to welcome clients and guide them through our Wellness offerings. You will follow proven processes, sell memberships, and maintain a calm studio atmosphere with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include managing the reception, scheduling, answering inquiries by phone, text, or email, and collaborating with therapists and front-of-house staff. Previous customer service is a plus; enthusiasm matters most.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm are the most important qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great client experience with our industry leading Service Path.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients.
• Be a team-player who collaborates with therapists, estheticians and other front-of-house staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile.
• Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, phone, text, and email inquiries.
