White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants. This role focuses on spa reservations, guest service, and revenue through scheduling and retail sales.

The successful candidate will handle reservations, communicate clearly, maintain guest privacy, and support upsell opportunities while ensuring accurate records and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High-quality customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle guest information professionally.
• Comfort with basic scheduling or reservation software; willingness to learn property systems.

Responsibilities

• Help maximize the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales.
• Deliver a friendly and helpful first impression with spa guests and ensure all identified guest satisfaction touch points are achieved.
• Make reservations for spa services and ensure all information is accurate and communicated timely to all involved.
• Support upsell and retail recommendations to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate reservation and appointment records in spa systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
