White Lodging is hiring for a restaurant server in Austin, TX. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience while upholding hospitality standards.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment, including weekends and holidays. Benefits start Day 1 and include comprehensive insurance and 401(k).

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
