White Lodging is seeking a concierge to deliver exceptional guest service across its premium hotel portfolio. You will anticipate needs, assist with reservations and transportation, and maintain in-depth knowledge of services and local area to offer thoughtful recommendations.

Role requires a friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset. You will uphold a polished appearance and collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Assist guests with special requests including reservations, information, and transportation.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and local area to answer questions and provide recommendations.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain the lounge.
• Maintain positive working relationships and present a neat, professional appearance.
• Be an ambassador of the establishment and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services. Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Help to resolve any guest complaints or concerns that come your way.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
