Job summary

The Northside Family YMCA, part of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, is seeking certified personal trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. The position offers pay ranges of $20-$23 per hour for Personal Trainers and $27-$31 per hour for Advanced Personal Trainers.

We are looking for individuals who can work daytime hours and have interest/experience with Active Adults.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM/NSCA/ACE/AFFA).
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Willing to work daytime hours and with Active Adult population.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement exercise programs for members.
• Provide equipment orientations and fitness evaluations.
• Maintain clean equipment and assist members on the wellness floor.
