Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking certified Personal Trainers at the Midlothian Family YMCA to design and implement exercise programs for individual members and small groups. Candidates should hold a current nationally recognized PT certification (ACSM/NSCA/ACE) with CPR/AED and First Aid.

Availability includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate members' schedules. The role offers hourly pay with two tiers: $20–$23 for Personal Trainers and $27–$31 for Advanced Personal

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nationally recognized personal trainer certification and CPR/AED/First Aid.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to design and implement exercise programs for individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized exercise programs.
• Work one-on-one with members and in small training groups.
• Conduct fitness evaluations and orient members to equipment.
• Assist members on the wellness floor and keep equipment clean.
