The YMCA of Greater Richmond seeks certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Personal Trainer pay range is $20-$23 per hour and Advanced Personal Trainer pay range is $27-$31 per hour.

We value flexible hours to accommodate member needs, wellness coaching duties, and ongoing member support on the wellness floor, with a commitment to safety and program quality.

Qualificações

• Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, AFFA, etc.)
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement exercise programs for members
• Work flexible hours to accommodate member needs
• Build relationships with members and provide equipment orientations
• Conduct fitness evaluations and assist members on the wellness floor
• Maintain clean equipment and support wellness activities
