Job summary

Petersburg Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Personal Trainer pay range is $20-$23 per hour and Advanced Personal Trainer pay range is $27-$31 per hour. Morning hours are preferred, but all hours are accepted.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.).
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications valid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement exercise programs for members.
• Work closely with members to meet fitness goals.
• Provide equipment orientations and supervise wellness floor activities.
• Conduct fitness evaluations and track progress.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
