Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking certified Personal Trainers at the Swift Creek Family YMCA to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Pay ranges: $20-$23 per hour for Personal Trainers and $27-$31 per hour for Advanced Personal Trainers.

Trainers should hold a current nationally recognized certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) and current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications current

Responsibilities

• Design and implement exercise programs for members.
• Work closely with members to support fitness goals.
• Provide equipment orientations and wellness floor assistance.
• Conduct fitness evaluations and ensure safety on the wellness floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized training space.
