Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Personal Trainer pay range is $20-$23 per hour and Advanced Personal Trainer pay range is $27-$31 per hour.

Qualifications

• A current nationally recognized personal trainer certification is required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement exercise programs for members.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate members’ needs.
• Provide equipment orientations and wellness floor assistance.
• Conduct fitness evaluations and track progress.
• Assist members on the wellness floor and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for workouts.
