Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions in lifestyle coaching.
• Create care plans addressing members’ needs with long- and short-term goals.
• Document activities in compliance with requirements and standards.
• Participate in workgroups to improve efficiency and member-centric care.
