Qualifications

• 2 years of leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of progressive scope and complexity
• 2 years of coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• 1 year of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred)
• 1 year of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders
• Health care analytics background preferred; R/SQL/BigQuery experience preferred; Tableau/Power BI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, execution, dissemination and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes and costs
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with priorities
• Acts as strategic business partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentors Senior and Lead analysts in consultancy and technical topics
• Other duties as assigned or requested
