YMCA of Greater Brandywine invites you to join our Wellness Center team, providing member assistance and ensuring safety across the fitness space during shift hours. Staff will be identifiable by shirt and nametag, and will support members with spotting and guidance while maintaining a clean facility.

We offer comprehensive benefits and require 18+ years of age with evening and weekend availability, strong communication, and basic exercise knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Evening 6-10 p.m. shifts and weekend shifts: 7a-1p & 1p-7p.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interface with all personality types.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wellness Center Orientations based on branch guidelines.
• Assist members in the Fitness Center in a safe, enthusiastic, courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Encourage members to wipe down equipment after use and assist as needed.
