BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a Wellness Coordinator for Trilogy Bickford Ranch, CA. You will greet and assist guests, manage front desk operations, schedule services, and promote wellness offerings. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service and hospitality experience required.
• 1–3 years in health/fitness related work preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the front desk with outstanding hospitality.
• Schedule service appointments and process payments accurately.
• Promote Wellness services and products to members and guests.
• Manage spa, salon and fitness center bookings and keep accurate records.
• Maintain clean, safe front reception areas and retail space.
• Provide tours and assist with sales outreach for the Wellness center.
• Assist with event planning and monthly promotions.
