Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in La Quinta, CA seeks a Wellness Attendant to assist the Wellness team in delivering courteous service to members in the Wellness area.

This part-time position reports to the Wellness Director and requires 1–3 years in customer service and hospitality. The role involves welcoming members, maintaining wellness spaces, and promoting services, with a schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred and customer service experience required.
• 1–3 years of hospitality and wellness-related work preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness staff and welcome members and guests.
• Open/close procedures, inspections and stocking, plus maintenance requests.
• Replenish towels and maintain cleanliness of wellness areas.
• Demonstrate use of Wellness equipment and ensure proper use.
• Front desk check-in with exceptional customer service and inquiries.
• Provide feedback to managers to improve operations.
• Promote Wellness services and products to members and guests.
