Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Cook 3 to join the Food & Beverage team at Trilogy Bickford Ranch. You will prepare, cook, and serve meals, supporting a fast-paced kitchen operation under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

The role requires at least three years of cooking experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Food Handlers card. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with opportunities for growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations.
• Ensure high service standards for guests and staff.
• Respond to and resolve guest or employee challenges quickly.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule for a sanitary kitchen environment.
• Read and execute cooking instructions from recipes.
