Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Fitness Instructor for Trilogy Bickford Ranch's Ridge Wellness Social Club near Lincoln, CA. You will develop fitness classes for all levels, coach safe equipment use, and assist members during workouts to foster ongoing health and vitality.

The role requires CPR/AED and safety certifications, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; prior 55+ class experience is preferred. Full-time benefits are described in the posted details.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience and class instruction preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED and safety certifications as required by the Club.
• Group Certification and 55+ audience experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate equipment use for exercise training.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate safe, engaging classes for all fitness levels.
• Lead classes with enthusiasm and support.
• Monitor facility safety for members and guests.
• Recommend classes and fitness routines aligned to member goals and abilities.
• Maintain professional instructor-client relationships.
• Keep facility calendar current and support events and seminars.
