Job summary

The Stovall House in Tampa, FL is seeking a Member Services associate for our SH19 Wellness Facility to warmly welcome members, manage check-ins, assist with bookings, and handle retail purchases.

You will work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, coordinating with fitness and events teams, handling calls and emails, and maintaining clean wellness spaces for an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with courtesy and urgency; complete check-in.
• Assist with future bookings for classes, personal training, and recovery sessions.
• Perform routine retail inventory checks and process charges.
• Help with daily cleaning and maintenance of wellness equipment.
• Respond to calls, messages, emails, and concerns promptly.
• Stay informed of current programming and promotions.
• Support event setup and takedown to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a consistent member experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
