Job summary

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Inc. seeks a Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC) for a full-time position in Clinton Township, NJ. The clinician provides direct services under supervision within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals for individuals with serious mental illness.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on licensure. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program.
• LSW or LAC required; CPRP preferred.
• Practitioner licensed in New Jersey (LCSW or LPC) or equivalent (LMFT) with required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to individuals with serious mental illness enrolled in CSS services.
• Work under clinical supervision of an LCSW or LPC within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform crisis intervention when indicated and coordinate referrals to housing and social services.
• Maintain documentation and follow recovery plans using evidence‑based approaches.
