Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers in Sulphur, OK seeks a Client Services Navigator I to ensure the office runs smoothly. You will greet clients, handle paperwork, check-in, and direct people through the clinic, acting as the friendly face of the organization while supporting clinical workflows.

You will schedule appointments, gather financial documents for billing, upload records into the Electronic Health Record, and coordinate with providers and the medication-management clinic as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience dealing with the general public with courtesy and diplomacy.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs phone calls and messages through the clinic.
• Greets and assists the client with paperwork and appointment check-in.
• Directs all clients in the waiting room and throughout the clinic.
• Requests and gathers financial documents and uploads them into the Electronic Health Record.
• Manages efficient scheduling protocols and schedules appointments for all clinic providers.
• Follows Lighthouse Outpatient Procedure and Protocol for appointment reminders and schedule/calendar entries.
• Maintains documents and records in an orderly manner and files them quickly and accurately.
• May be responsible to work Medication Management clinic; to include preparation of room and equipment, verifying required CCBHC documentation is current; eligible pay source is entered in payers, and any hospital discharge records are available in client chart for prescriber’s review.
• Obtains vitals and seats clients for med clinic appointments. Communicates no shows, cancellations, and appointment changes via chat in Teams to prescribers.
• Works with other staff and prescribers to ensure the efficient and smooth flow of med clinic.
